Last Thursday eleven riders enjoyed a 35km mountain bike ride in the Parma Creek Nature Reserve. The ride was along gravel roads and bush tracks with several creek crossings. The morning was chilly with threatening rain clouds but fortunately the rain held off until the end of the ride.
Last Sunday’s scheduled ride Bellawongarah to Cambewarra Lookout was cancelled due to wet weather. The three riders who met at the start point decided that, under the prevailing weather conditions, coffee at a café would be more enjoyable that a bike ride.
