COME ALONG TO THE SBUG MONTHLY MEETING – NEW VENUE
The monthly meeting of the Shoalhaven Bicycle User Group (SBUG) will be held on Wednesday, 4 February, at the Bomaderry Bowling Club, upstairs in the Board Room, starting at 7:00pm. All members and friends are welcome.

Last Thursday ten riders enjoyed another mountain bike ride from Sussex Inlet to Bendalong and return. With a cool breeze and rain threatening the group rode from Sussex through Swanhaven, Cudmirrah and then onto gravel roads and bush tracks to the Walter Hood Monument before crossing a small section of beach to North Bendalong. After leisurely refreshments at the Bendalong café the group returned to Sussex Inlet with a few detours along the beaches at low tide. Reward for a hard mornings ride was lunch at the Pelican Shores Cafe beside the Sussex Inlet, under sunny skies.

Last Sunday Shoalhaven Bicycle User Group met for an easy ride in the Callala/Myola area. Ten riders met at Callala Bay shopping centre and had a leisurely ride around Callala Bay, before taking the shared cyclepath over the bridge to Callala Beach and on to Myola. The weather was fine and calm, good riding conditions and a pleasant change for the very hot weather of the last few weeks. The riders enjoyed refreshments after the ride at The Sixth Sense café in Callala Bay.
